Syslore OCR passed factory acceptance tests

Syslore OCR accepted at Posten Åland factory test period with average 94,8% delivery point level address read rate, significantly exceeding the customer requirements.

December 19 2012 - Syslore is happy to announce that Syslore OCR address reading system has been successfully deployed at Posten Åland and the factory acceptance tests completed with read rate performance significantly exceeding the customer requirements.

The deployment project started in August 2012, when Syslore OCR together with the Neopost MSA-9600 mixed mail-sorting machine was installed on Posten Åland's new logistics facilities in Sviby, near Mariehamn. After the installation, there was a test period with considerable amount of mail pieces processed with the machine. The average address read rate for the test period was as high as 94,8% on delivery point level, significantly exceeding the customer requirements.
